SCAS is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

Information we collect
The personal information that you are asked to provide will be used solely for the purpose of enrolling in a class or workshop, or for the purposes of shipping an order purchased from our online store. The personal information we collect includes your first and last name, your contact number, your email address and your postal address. SCAS does not have access to your credit card details as these are stored by our payment provider STRIPE.

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect includes names, addresses, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers.
This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including [via our website when subscribing to our mailing list; via our payment processing provider STRIPE when making a purchase; and when you provide us with your contact details (email, phone and postal address) either in person or via social media, as well as from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.

SCAS uses Mailchimp, a division of INTUIT, to manage our subscribers mailing list. When you choose to subscribe to our mailing list your name and email address are transferred and managed via the Mailchimp website. SCAS will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
