Refund Policy & Course Cancellations
To secure your place, payment of the full course fee must be made at the time of enrolment.
A full refund will be made when:
A course is cancelled or rescheduled by the Swamp Ceramic Arts School and you are not able to attend on the rescheduled date.
A refund of the course fee less 10% administration fee will be issued when:
You withdraw from a course five (5) or more days before the start date.
No refunds or substitute classes will be offered if :
You withdraw four (4) or fewer days prior to the course start date.
You withdraw on or after the course start date.
You are absent from a class.
Attendance is not transferable. This means that if you are not able to attend a class, you will forfeit your place without a refund. Where possible, you may be allowed switch the time you attend on the day you are booked. This will be subject to availability and capacity.
